I weighed in this morning at 185.2lbs.

That is *0.2lbs less* than yesterday. Every little bit helps.
One day at a time.

Instead of doing our usual basic Saturday routine, we veered away. Losing weight is something I need to do while still engaged in my everyday world. Our day did not go as I would have liked but, it did go as it needed to go according to hiccup. Today I skipped breakfast. Lunch consisted of a Costco polish dog and a slice of pepperoni pizza. Following lunch we went to the movies and watched, "Turbo." Entering A New School Year's Chaos

School has started for us again. We are in 1st Grade! Whoo-hooo! I'm happy and sad. Happy we are moving on, growing, ... sad my baby is growing and moving on. *sigh* But I will focus on I'm happy he is growing up happy, healthy, strong, and learning. This year I am volunteering for a number of things. I think I can handle it all since almost everything is done on the same two days each week. Makes it manageable to have a schedule where two days a week I live at my son's school. But I can't neglect my efforts to loose weight. It's been a roller coaster of a first week so I am trying to get a quick handle on it before the scales starts moving in an unwanted direction. I'm checking out the difference between Sparkpeople Coach and Sparkpeople Live. If you know the difference, or used either one, I'd love to hear from you. Pushing Thru A Chaotic Day

Today was a CRAZY day. The intentions were good but things kept happening to discourage my focus. In the end, I am moving through my journey a little slower, but still moving in the right direction. The morning skies looked cool and offered the promise of a sprinkle or two Little did I know they would yield a large  amount of rain suddenly and in a relatively  short  period  of time. The rest of the day was on and off  sprinkles and rain. Then the fun began. I took my cat to a heart specialist to find out if his heart is strong enough to be put under to remove a mass/growth from his gumline. While at the specialist, I get a phone call from a number I did not recognize. I let it go to voicemail. There is a moment when I have some downtime waiting in the vet's lobby, so I check my voicemail. It was my bank? The Fraud Department? *sigh* Apparently someone has decided to use my account in Brazil, Massachusetts, and Virginia and rack up A LOT of expenses. No. No. No....
