New day, fresh start. Back watching everything I eat. Doesn't matter how many times I fall off the wagon as long as I get one more time.

Oh! My! Goodness! Tomorrow is Monday, August 20th. It is the first day of school for my kids and I am treating it as my 1st day too! Not my 1st day of school but the 1st day in my new chapter in the book of My Health Journey. To prepare myself I decided I need to be more organized. Not perfect, but better than I have been in the past. In doing so, I will be able to be more consistent in planning, scheduling, and managing my time, my health, and my emotions. It may sound weird to mention my emotions, but, yes, my emotions. When I am well prepared, I do not stress out, I do not get tempted to stress eat. When I am well prepared, I able to handle life's hick-ups much more easily.  The little black table on picture on the bottom right is what my desk looked like. Instead of doing our usual basic Saturday routine, we veered away. Losing weight is something I need to do while still engaged in my everyday world. Our day did not go as I would have liked but, it did go as it needed to go according to hiccup. Today I skipped breakfast. Lunch consisted of a Costco polish dog and a slice of pepperoni pizza. Following lunch we went to the movies and watched, "Turbo." Time Flies

Time sure does fly by. Trying to keep up with the kids is tough enough. With little sleep, it all gets tougher. Loosing weight is challenge, I should be going for walks but all I want to do is sleep for a 24-48hours straight. Ugh! Hopefully I can catch up on my sleep soon so I can be more productive.
