Sometimes it's the little things that make a big difference in helping us achieve our goals. Right now I feel excited to know I'll be using my new water bottle AND my new water flavor infusers tomorrow. This will definitely help me drink more water all day.  Sent from my iPhone

So I went to this gathering last night. It was not what I expected, ... it was WAY BETTER. What I heard, saw, felt and realized was I AM NOT ALONE. I knew it, but last night it really sunk in. I don't have all the answers, but I have an abundance of resources to help me find my way. When I take a bad step and loose my balance, and I know I will, all these people are right here helping me back up.  Notice the warm embrace and genuine smile on everyones face.
