It's officially 2019 and Day 1 is in the books! I spent the day geocaching, drinking lemon lime zest flavored water, logging every single thing I ate on LoseIt, and tracked my steps with my FitBit. Feeling good about Day 1 of 365 in 2019! How was your Day 1?
