This morning I weighed in at 182.8lbs Yay! I need 2.9lbs to fall into the 170's. That is my next mini-goal for the week of 05/01-05/07.

This morning I weighed in at 184.4lbs. That leaves 1.2lbs to still lose to be at last week's lowest weight. Tomorrow will be one week since I was at that weight.

What's for dinner that won't break the calorie bank AND still taste decent AND not be the size of a mini-kid meal? 4oz Tomatoe basil (Mrs. Dash no salt seasoning) pan browned chicken 2oz Pasta Roni Angel Hair Pasta with Herbs. 1cup mixed vegetables

This morning I weighed in at 185.6lbs. Still need to lose 2.4lbs to meet last week's lowest weight. The weight prior to the long and short fun filled Easter 4 Day Easter mini-vacation.

2011_0427 Weight Log

This morning I weighed in at 186.2lbs I'm moving the right direction again. No surprise there because Tuesday I did watch my diet and counted calories. Some if the weigh loss might have been water weight. I lost 1.4lbs in 1 day. Well, today us a new day, daily calorie budget reset and I'm off to a good start. If I have time tonight, we'll see if I get a chance to blog about last night's 1hr episode of The Biggest Loser ( #BL11 ) and Jillian Michaels on Jay Leno. BTW, I did get to tweet while I watched the shows.

2011_0426 After the Easter Holiday Break.

This morning I weighed in at 187.6lbs. Over the holiday weekend I did not monitor my calorie in take. I knew I was going to be over budget each day, but I also knew I was going to be burning more calories than usual. We did A LOT of walking. I forgot to set my pedometer a few times but, it did log 8 miles. So at the minimum I walked 8 miles this weekend, up and down Hollywood Walk of Stars, City Walk, Universal Studios, ... lots of sight seeing was involved. A few of the meals were a bit on the saltier side so I am hoping between that and the amount of water I have been drinking the scale drops it's number more easily. Last night we had a normal low caloric dinner. Today we are eating well and back on track. Looking forward to watching tonight's episode of The Biggest Loser. Yay! Will you be watching? 2021_0421 Spend Calories Wisely

This morning I weighed in at 182.6lbs. I'm so happy. Counting calories with the mindset of them being money is also helping. Each day I have an budget. I have to spend them wisely. This means, I choose to skip eating the last cracker on my kid's plate. No more, nibbling candy between meals. If I'm going to eat that item, count the calorie and enjoy it. Yesterday was a good day. I lost 1.2lbs in one day. I am not looking for big numbers. Slow and steady works, 0.2-0.4lbs/day is good, easier to commit to and reproduce results. I am not starving or depriving myself. For dinner I had pasta, sauce, mixed vegetables, and shrimp. I still had calories left to spend on dessert. I passed in dessert.

This morning I weighed in at 184.8lbs So far it is a good week. But, the week is not over. I need to keep my goal in focus: a healthy weight loss rate to reach a healthy weight.

I weighed in this morning at 185.2lbs. That is *0.2lbs less* than yesterday. Every little bit helps. One day at a time.

This morning I weighed in at 185.4lbs. Must have been because I counted calories with the Lose It! app. Ended my day ~200 calories under budget. That, and I got a bit of a workout playing plumber and janitor when the guest bathroom over flowed. My toddler tried to flush a toy, I think. Whatever it was, it eventually flushed away.

2011_0417 Reset

A new week and a renewed start on my weight loss journey. For the next two weeks I will stick to not eating sugar, eating healthy, and extra snacking. Exercise? Who knows if I will be able to get to it, if nothing else, I will loose weight by counting calories. I will also be giving the Jillian Micheal's pills a serious try. I intend on using the Lose It app to track my calorie intake. I'll weigh myself in the morning and make an entry stating my starting weight. I have not decided if I will do a start and end weight log entry, once weekly, or daily. Any suggestions on the matter? How often do you weigh yourself? How often do you post your weight? Wish me luck!
