Make “What if...,” a Reality

Thanksgiving Day has come and gone, A ton of good food, friends and family. Those Black Friday bargains that were too good to resist and some Christmas shopping had to be done. Now it's time to start thinking about YOU. What would you do if clothing fit better? If airplane seatbelts were not so tight. If the lap bars at amusement park rides went all the way down with ease? What if you didn't get winded after 1 flight of stairs? What if you gave yourself the gift of health today? Ask me how you can make those "what ifs" a reality? #PayingItForward

Pay It Forward

I wanted to get to bed early today. Hmmm... well, that did not happen. I've done this and that and my body is tired and I pick up a couple bruises. BUT I am smiling because I LOVE being able to do all of it. The icing on the cake, the little smiles, the big smiles ... and the cherry on top, I'VE ONLY JUST BEGUN!   Be warned, I'm paying it forward!
