10K Do-Over

Today I did not reach my intended 10K steps. Tomorrow I will try again. I will not give up. I hope you won't either.

Thirty Minutes A Day Add Up

Everyday I take 30 minutes to myself to learn, adjust, and do better. My health is important everyday. In ONE week that is 3.5hrs. 

Feels Nice To Sleep And Get Rest

I was asleep when I heard one of my 4-legged kids having a seizure. It's been a few years since she has woken us up like that. She is fine now, petted her and cuddled her and she is sleeping now. Me on the other hand am close to fully awake. *sigh* I'm smiling. She just made me realize it's been year since I've needed to take any form of sleep aid. I actually sleep through the night and get actual rest. Healthy habits are paying off. Now I'm going back to sleep before I'm fully awake. Sent from my iPhone
