Last Day of 2015

It's the last day of 2015 and I am sure many are making New Year's Day Resolutions. Yes, I am too. Every year I set out to loose weight and get healthy. I set myself up for success, but at the end of the year I do not see the results I would have preferred. This time I look back at what I have done and what has worked or not. This time I use that knowledge and personal honesty with my lifestyle to make my new resolutions. Given my weight on January 1st 2014 and my weight on December 31st 2014, I am pleased to say I did loose weight. The downside, it is only 6lbs. *sigh* Well, while I am glad it is a loss and and not gain, it is still not good. That boils down to roughly 1/10th of a pound per week. I did manage to log LoseIt more often than not. I completed a couple of challenges on LoseIt and during that time, I did see my weight go down. In other words, "challenges" work for me. I guess it is because I focus more on the fun of the challenge than I do on loosing
