Momentary Regression, Progress in Session

My life is full of up and downs. Within the past 60 days I have experienced some of the most memorable days of 2019. Some have brought tears of joy, while others have brought tears of pain. I can not change the past, but I have learned from both. Figuratively speaking, I started to get very excited about riding my skateboard of life, celebrating new abilities, and then... I fell off my skateboard and skinned my knee. It hurts, got a wound, shed some tears. I dusted myself off, have cleaned up the wound, it still has healing to do. Now I'm walking over to grab my board. This particular life event has delayed my health progress. In fact, I took a few steps backwards and got off track. I can still see the main road and I know how to get back. While all this is going on, I am paused this weekend to try my  best to CELEBRATE LIFE. Challenging but I must.
