Losing weight is not easy. I am in the middle of listening to episode 3 of "Two Fit Chicks and a Microphone," where they talk about support from your friends and family. Sometimes their idea of support comes across as nagging. You need to tell them how they can support you and what not to do. Now my branch from this topic is: What about those who say they support you and knowingly/unknowingly try to sabotage your success? My thoughts on this is to take inventory in 3 parts:
1.- identify those attempting to sabotage your success.
2.- identify how they attempting to sabotage your success.
3.- talk to them about, decide if you really want their support, decide if they are willing and capable of giving you the support you want/need.
For the next 24 hours I will post on Facebook and Tweet randomly examples of ways some try to sabotage my weight loss. Feel free to share your experiences 1st hand or 2nd hand. I will use the hashtag #SabotageMyWeightLoss
