How do I Start Jogging?

I can walk a pretty good distance, but jogging/running eludes me. Anyone have ideas how to get started? I'm restarting "Couch to 5K" the week of 9/19.
My starting weight was 201lbs. I've lost 24lbs so far and feel good about it. I have another 25-27lbs to go. So I am about at my midway point. I've made it half-way! That gives me hope I can make it the other half of the way.
I picked the week of 9/19 to start this new phase of starting to jog because it coincides with the week Season 12 of the Biggest Loser starts. I enjoy the show and watching/sharing in their journey helps motivate me to keep going. I may not work out every day 6-8hours a day, but I will reach my goal.
