Overwhelmed or Overjoyed?

Starting to get back on track with, ...my exercise? Nope, my intentional 20-30min walk and my mile. It felt challenging but it felt good to be back on my feet and moving.

This coming Monday winter break is over. The hustle and bustle resumes. It will be a full week and so I need to plan ahead on how to get my walks in, and meals, and sleep, and chores, and ... it can be done. I have to plan and set myself up for success. Not feeling overwhelmed. Feeling overjoyed to be contending for my health.
