2023 Week 1

 First week of 2023 is officially over. No gain but no real loss either.  Taking it slow to figure out where I want to be and how to get there. I may not have clear path but that is nothing new. What I am focusing on is on mini-mile stones I can aim for that will ultimately lead me to my overall goal.

This past week I focused on types of meals that work for my busy unstable schedule. I penciled in ways to get a workout on good days, bad days, busy days, rainy days, etc. Basically I made plans, back up plans, contingency plans, and worst case scenario plans. 

Will it work? Maybe, maybe not. What I do know is I have multiple ways to achieve my goals and reach my mini-milestones.
