10 Rules It's OK to Break
  1. Women Need Foreplay. [ Women can have fun with quickies. ]
  2. Don't hold your urine because it will cause bladder infection. [ Though not advised, one exception to the rule is Kegel exercises. ]
  3. Never Go Out Without Make-Up On [ skin needs to breath ]
  4. No Pain, No Gain [ you just need to break a sweat to gain ]
  5. Never Skip A Workout [ changing it up can be beneficial ]
  6. Eat Salads to Lose Weight 
  7. 5 Second Rule [ If it touched the ground, it will get germs. ]
  8. Use Facial Astringent [ One bottle of astringent can have up to the equivalent of 10 shots of tequila ]
  9. Bath Your Baby Everyday [ Bathe babies about once or twice a week, at most ] 
  10. Always Skip Dessert [ Eating dessert is okay as long as you make smart choices. ]
