Cinnamon For Weight Loss?

Rumor has it that cinnamon can help you loose weight by helping prevent your blood sugar levels from spiking. This thing interacts with that thing and it helps your sugar to stay balanced and ... Long story short. I like cinnamon and if it can help me in some way loose weight, I'm going to try it, within reason.
I got this bottle cinnamon capsules at Costco on Sunday. The bottle says to take 2 a day with water and a meal. Without changing my eating habits, exercise, daily routine, etc. I will take 2 a day until the bottle runs out. Hope it makes a positive difference in my weight loss journey.
